Please read these terms carefully before scheduling installations or using the EcoSmith Solar services.
1. General Conditions
By purchasing equipment, subscribing to installation maintenance contracts, or registering on this customer portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. EcoSmith Solar reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Warranties & Guarantee Claims
All solar panel systems come with a standard 25-year linear performance warranty. Inverters carry a 5-year replacement warranty. Warranty claims are serviced directly by manufacturers and facilitated by EcoSmith Solar support staff.
3. Payment & Billing Policies
Solar installations require an initial advance deposit to secure structural engineering and supply chain orders. The remaining balances are due in installments matching critical project tracking steps managed directly in the portal.
4. NEPRA Net Metering Applications
Net metering connection approvals are subject to official regulatory timelines set by local power distribution companies (DISCOs). EcoSmith Solar submits and manages documentation dynamically but is not responsible for official DISCO department backlogs.
